Award winning Grazia Italian Kitchen at 9415 Broadway, started by Adrian Hembree, offers smoked beef short ribs served over pancetta risotto and topped with cilantro and molasses glaze, a dish that won the Grand Champion prize for the best entrée at the 2016 Rodeo Uncorked! Best Bites Competition.
Menu items are filled with fan favorites such as lasagna eggrolls, tortellacci pasta and Mike and Jen, a bow tie pasta with grilled chicken, garlic, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, capers and romano cream. Customers may also create their own pizza or try a pre-curated pizza such as Adrian’s Art which includes mozzarella, pepperoni, pork shoulder bacon, Italian sausage, Wagyu beef, basil, ricotta, red pepper and garlic ranch.
