The menu will feature cooked-to-order pastas, soups, salads, wood-fired pizza and Executive Chef Steve Haug’s specialties and grilled selections. Earlier this year, Grazia won the Rookie Award at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s Roundup and Best Bites Competition. The restaurant also was named the Lone Star Entrée Grand Champion and the People’s Choice Reserve Grand Champion. The restaurant served smoked beef short rib served over pancetta risotto, topped with a cilantro molasses glaze.
Grazia’s new location can seat more than 250 people and will feature a full-service wood-fired pizza bar, outside patio dining and a speakeasy-era bar.
Last fall, Grazia’s Pearland location also added a speakeasy bar, The Noble Experiment. It had a dress code and a secret entrance and required a password.
